Currently, we are seeking Doulas with various levels of experience to help us serve our clients.

For Birth and Postpartum Doulas with less experience, we offer mentorship programs to help them get off to a good start in a rewarding career. Building Doula Experience

Doula Nathalie: If you improve your skills, you will become more competent for your clients. You will build confidence in your work, and the result will be happier clients and a thriving business. Below, you will find two mentoring programs for Doulas that are in the process of certification or have just completed their training and would like to gain practical experience and further develop their skills. I am also more than happy to tailor the program to your needs. Taking part in a mentoring program can also be a good starting point for joining our team of Doulas.

Mentoring Birth
Doula Support

A 6-week program:
A 6-week program to build up your business, the DO's and DONT'S. The price for hourly Zoom or FaceTime consultations is $75. We will cover a range of topics, including how to organize your business, setting boundaries, creating an on-call schedule, working alone or through an agency, your doula bag, additional services you can offer, expanding your service, evidence-based information, and practical tools. 
On-call schedule:
Being on call for you (day/night) while you are having your first doula job. You do not have to do it alone; I go "on call" with you for the entire birth experience.

For 20 percent of your doula fee, I can help you to:
  • Prepare for your prenatal visit (30 minutes via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom).
  • Email exchange for questions along the way.
  • Up to 3 text or FaceTime conversations during the birth (more available at an hourly rate)
  • a 1-hour postpartum Zoom/FaceTime conversation to process the birth, ask questions, and receive feedback.

Mentoring Postpartum

Hourly Consults:
I offer hourly consults (to answer all your questions) as you learn to spread your wings as a postpartum doula. I am here for you as a sounding board, an exchange of ideas, or when you need to process something.  The price for the hourly FaceTime or Zoom consultations is $75. 

A 4-week program:
A 4-week program to build up your business, the DO's and DONT'S. We will cover a range of topics, including: how to organize your business, setting boundaries, working alone or through an agency, your postpartum doula bag, what else you can add to your services, how to expand your services, evidence-based information, and practical tools. Newborn care and breastfeeding.
