How much does a Doula cost? For our clients in the DMV area, we offer customized Pregnancy & Labor Support packages tailored to your needs. Please review the details below for a comprehensive overview of what these packages include and their corresponding price ranges. But that's not all! If you require additional postpartum support beyond what's included in one of the packages below, we have a range of attractive day and night postpartum packages for you to explore. Pregnancy &
Labor Support Package

This package contains:
  • A 30-minute free consult via Zoom;
  • One prenatal visit in person & one prenatal visit via Zoom;
  • Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy;​
  • 24-hour on-call availability during your birth time (a range of 2 weeks before and/or after your due date);
  • In-person, continuous labor support;
  • Secured back-up Doula available;
  • ​One postpartum visit for birth debrief.
  • 2 weeks of postpartum text/call support.
  • ​Complimentary Biweekly meetings

This package contains:
  • A 30-minute free consult via Zoom;
  • One prenatal visit in person & one prenatal visit via Zoom;
  • Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy;​
  • 24-hour on-call availability during your birth time (a range of 2 weeks before and/or after your due date);
  • In-person, continuous labor support; 
  • Secured back-up Doula available;
  • ​​2 weeks of postpartum text/call support;
  • One postpartum visit, within 7 days after the birth;
  • 20 hours (5x4 hours)  postpartum doula support for newborn care, maternal care, and household management.
  • Complimentary Biweekly meetings

Optional Add-Ons

You can enhance these packages by adding any of the following services. If you're interested in these, please note that on the contact form, or let us know via email.

  •  Group Childbirth Classes for a discounted rate of $200 (See group childbirth classes for dates) if you sign up together with a birth package at the same time. 
 
  • Lactation consultations: a virtual consultation during your pregnancy and an in-person postpartum visit from a lactation consultant (IBCLC certified) for an additional $275. A travel fee ($1 per minute) will apply for any travel time above 30 minutes.
 
  • Our partner, Mel Usry (see Specialized Care Services), offers photography packages focused on birth and maternity. You can choose from 2 options: 1) OHANA Essential: which includes a 1.5 to 2-hour documentary experience, starting at $775, and; 2) OHANA Signature: which provides a full documentary experience lasting 4 to 8 hours, starting at $1,375. As a client of Doula Nathalie & Associates, you are eligible for an exclusive 10% discount on these packages!
