"Nathalie was extremely helpful. The additional challenges due to COVID-19 were made easier with Nathalie's in-person and virtual guidance. During the postpartum period, her assistance in getting settled was appreciated and helped make our first few weeks more manageable. We would recommend Nathalie for any of our expectant family or friends".
