Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to the website of Doula Nathalie & Associates, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, located at doulanathalie.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before navigating our site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, completing our "Let's Talk" contact form, or signing up for our childbirth education classes or support groups, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content featured on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, client gallery photos, layout design, and blog posts—is the exclusive property of Doula Nathalie & Associates, LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Permitted Use: You may view, download, and print materials from this website strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any text or images from this website for commercial purposes without our express, written prior consent.

3. Website Use and Restrictive Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful, legitimate purposes related to seeking birth, postpartum, or specialized doula care services. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the website or contact forms to distribute spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional materials.
  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security, infrastructure, or operational performance of the website.
  • Submitting false, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally misleading information via our consultation request tools.

4. Service Requests and Client Bookings

Displaying our birth packages, postpartum packages, or class schedules on this website constitutes an invitation to inquire, not a binding contractual offer.

  • Consultation: Scheduling a complimentary Zoom meeting or submitting a contact form does not guarantee our availability or secure our doula services.
  • Formal Agreement: A formal, binding professional relationship is only established once you sign our official, standalone Doula Care Client Agreement and pay the required retainer deposit. The terms within that separate physical or digital contract will fully govern your doula care, backup support coverage, and TENS Unit rentals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by local law, Doula Nathalie & Associates, LLC, its owner, and its associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its general educational text. This website and its materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website is controlled and operated from our principal office in Bethesda, Maryland. These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You explicitly agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of your use of this website shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the website following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
