Drop-in Meetings
Biweekly Community Drop-in Meetings
We invite our birth and postpartum clients to attend our twice-monthly online community drop-in sessions. They provide research-backed advice on pregnancy, childbirth, and the immediate postpartum phase. Each session opens with a structured, in-depth talk led by an experienced birth professional or trusted service provider. The speaker shares practical, evidence-informed guidance and real-world tips.
Every session focuses on one key theme to keep the discussion clear and actionable. Topics may include creating a personalized birth plan. They also include understanding your options in different birth settings. Prepare for postpartum recovery with pain management, rest, and realistic expectations. Explore infant feeding, including breastfeeding, pumping, and formula feeding. Learn to navigate the “fourth trimester.” This includes newborn care, sleep, and emotional adjustment. It also covers partner support and when to seek professional help.
These sessions are a great chance to learn more, ask questions in a welcoming space, and get practical tools for your path to parenthood. Each meeting also includes an open Q&A, so you can bring whatever is on your mind—major or small. You don’t need to prepare anything, and you’re welcome to listen quietly if that feels best.
Meetings are held online every other week. You can drop in for one session or attend regularly—whatever works for your schedule. Below are the upcoming dates and topics. You can choose sessions that match your interests and needs.
