Your Group Leaders
Becky Levine - Operations Manager at Doula Nathalie & Associates, former client, and mom of three young children. Becky brings warmth, empathy, and lived experience to her role as facilitator, creating a safe and supportive environment where every parent feels seen and valued.
Sarah Bell is a compassionate doula with distinguished experience providing pre- and postnatal care for birthing and new mothers and their families. It is important to her that the client is seen and heard, and can make informed decisions. She is an expert in providing thorough healthcare for mothers, educating them on the labor process, breastfeeding, and recovery through classes or one-on-one meetings.

- When: Wednesdays, 10:30 am–12 pm
- July 2026 Dates: July 1, 15, 22, 29, August 5 (Led by Sarah Bell)
- August 2026 Dates: August 28, September 2, 9, 16, 23
- November 2026 Dates: November 11, 18, 25, December 2, 9.
- Where: Cozy, home-based, baby-friendly setting (details shared upon registration)
- Who: Open to all birthing parents whose babies will be in the first three months at the first session
